Axial designed a great lookin chassis but it has a tendency to get stuck on its flat roof. The Axial Capra had the same issue and I solved that with a similar idea and got on the podium, in bouncer class, a few times with it. This one is a similar idea just a lot beefier than the Capra version.
Compared to the standard version this one is manufactured with a different material, Nylon 6, and a different process. Standard version is Selective Laser Sintering and this one is Fused Deposition modeling. CNC Laser vs CNC squirty plastic. Finish isn't quite as nice as the SLS and the underside has signs of the supports used during print.
This one is much less rigid and up to taking bigger impacts and very close to stock chassis flex. That impact strength means its not as rigid as the standard version and slightly behind the OEM materials.
The original version has been on many podiums and survived entire seasons of racing on team driver rigs but one big air driver broke a couple standards. If you're a full send kind of person this version will hold up to abuse significantly better.
This part replaces the entire roof piece with a design geared towards helping you roll back over. The top center is raised about 20MM to make rocking back and forth easier. I also tried to make sure side to side would be a little easier too while making it as beefy as possible.
Does it work? In a lot of scenarios it will make it a lot easier to roll back over. In tall grass, mud, and, other really soft surfaces It might not be as effective. If you're in a spot where you can't touch your rig it can make starting a back and forth rock a whole lot easier though.

Backorder is turned on since this is manufactured in house. If it's out of stock there shouldn't be more than a 3-5 business day delay in shipping.
