The Capra is a great rig with good breakover but a smooth belly can make it even better. Same goes for the stock transmission - it's not horrible but it's geared a bit high and has limited options for gearing.
This skid ditches the stock transmission in favor of the tried and true Axial 3 gear transmission. It also makes the bottom of the skid flush with bottom of the chassis. This allows you to droop the rig a little more while maintaining breakover.
Stock link geometry for the most part just slightly adjusted for raised bottom.
Skid is a 3 piece design manufactured in the US from Nylon6.
